1. Create an account
Open a free account with your institutional e-mail address. Once your address is verified, you can create a congress.
2. Enter the congress details
Enter the congress name, subdomain (yourcongress.sempokon.com), field and dates. You can change these later.
3. Prepare the draft
In your own admin panel, fill in the call for papers, key dates, committees, topics, programme and contact details. While the site is a draft only you can see it, and you can preview it before publishing.
4. Submit for approval
When you are ready, submit the congress for approval. The platform team reviews the content; once approved, the congress goes live and is listed on the Explore page. Paper submission, peer review, registration and certificates all run on your congress website.
Cost
Creating and running a congress is free. Additional services such as live streaming, transcription and poster design are optional; you can request a quote for them.
