Identity and contact (name, e-mail, phone), professional details (title, institution, faculty, department, ORCID), account details, the content of congresses you create and submissions/applications you send, and transaction security data (IP address, session logs).
3. Purposes
Running membership and account operations; providing congress creation, publication approval and management services; operating submission, review, registration and certificate processes; responding to newsletter subscriptions and quote requests; keeping information secure and meeting legal obligations.
4. Method of collection and legal grounds
Your data is collected electronically through forms, account operations and cookies on the platform, and is processed on the grounds listed in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — entering into and performing a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest — and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, as far as necessary to provide the service, to suppliers of hosting, e-mail delivery and infrastructure services, and to authorised public bodies on request. Applications you make to a congress are shared with the faculty members organising that congress.
6. Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, send your request to iletisim@sempokon.com. Requests are concluded within the period required by law.
