1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the relationship between Sempokon.com (the “Platform”) and the individuals and organisations using it (the “User”).
2. Account and membership
You must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
3. User content and responsibility
You are responsible for the congresses, submissions, announcements and other content you create. Content must comply with applicable law, academic ethics and the rights of third parties.
Unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others, may not be published.
4. Publication approval
Publishing events publicly is subject to approval by the platform team. The Platform reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, content that breaches the law or these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The design, software and trademarks of the Platform belong to Sempokon.com. Users keep their rights in the content they create and, by publishing it, allow the Platform to use it in order to provide the service.
6. Service continuity
The Platform aims to provide its services without interruption; temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.
7. Additional services
Congress creation and management features are free. Optional additional services such as live streaming, transcription and design are offered separately, on request, with a quote.
8. Changes and contact
